todae went to sports dae heats....
everything i juz push to other ppl to run...
like 4 by 100m....
but thn i sae if they qualify i run....
i think they will qualify....
i regret wad i hv said
400m worse...
i run super slow...
still come in at 1st...
last 100m i can chiong i dun wan.....
thn wen chun all shout thr...
i juz ignore...
coz i dun wan to participate on sports dae....
i dun wan to waste my time undeer the sun...
running 400m somemore...
in the end win nothing....

thn 400 relay...
